As a management consultant, Dennis has worked with leading global companies. For the last 10 years, Dennis held a leadership position within a $24B insurance company where he led leadership and professional development. In this role, he helped the company earn Training Magazine’s Top 10 Hall of Fame honor.

Dennis holds a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in education. Dennis is an ICF PCC credentialed coach and has several certifications, including DiSC and action learning coaching.

Linda has over 30 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit management consulting and business performance improvement. Linda specializes in strategy creation, change management, process improvement, and board development.
Linda is a collaborative facilitator and problem-solver working at the intersection of people, purpose and process. She facilitates meetings and workshops, helping clients define their strategic direction, untangle complex issues and set priorities. She applies design-thinking and proven human performance and change theory.

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and master’s degree in education. She is a DiSC facilitator and experienced conference presenter.
