Dennis has three decades of organizational development experience. He has a track record of developing and aligning people strategies to help organizations meet their business goals. As a management consultant, Dennis has worked with leading global companies. For the last 10 years, Dennis held a leadership position within a $24B insurance company where he led leadership and professional development. In this role, he helped the company earn Training Magazine’s Top 10 Hall of Fame honor.

Dennis holds a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in education. Dennis is an ICF PCC credentialed coach and has several certifications, including DiSC and action learning coaching.
