Dennis has over three decades of organizational development experience. As a management consultant, Dennis worked with leading global companies to help align talent, culture, and business strategies. Dennis also held a leadership position at a $24B insurance company for 10 years where he led leadership and professional development. In this role, he helped the company earn Training Magazine’s Top 10 Hall of Fame honor.

Dennis holds a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in education. Dennis is an ICF PCC credentialed coach and has several certifications, including DiSC and action learning coaching.
